Throughout February, all taps at the Lucky Horseshoe Lounge will be pouring beer and cider made within five miles of the bar.
For the third year, the Lucky Horseshoe celebrates a plethora of talented brewing neighbors. Stop by any time in February to sample great beer and cider made on the East Side. We are excited to add Wayfinder, Natian, and Reverend Nat’s to our roster this year -- and sad to see Commons go.
Gigantic Brewing IPA (1.3 miles)
Hopworks Abominable Winter Ale (.5 miles)
Baerlic Brewing Noble Oatmeal Stout (1 mile)
Natian Handful IRA (2 miles)
Wayfinder Flower in the Kettle Hazy IPA (2.9 miles)
Cider Riot! Burncider (2.2 miles)
Rotating through the month we will be showcasing great beer from Grixsen, Upright, Montavilla Brew Works, and others as time allows. And as always, we have cans and bottles of gluten free beer from Groundbreaker (1.2 miles) too. There is way, way more beer made within five miles than we can tap in one month.
About the Lucky Horseshoe
Five Mile February is part of the Lucky Horseshoe’s ongoing mission to showcase local beer, cider, wine, and spirits. As far as I know, we are the only bar in Portland to build our cocktail menu exclusively around Oregon-made spirits. We are proud to be part of the Clinton Street neighborhood since 2014!
